Dating experiment. What do you think?
Ok. So all my life I’ve been dating, but never got into a real, respectable, relationship. I usually kiss on the first date, or sleep over the guy’s house on the first date. But not sex. Well yesterday this guy, invited me over to his place, cooked for me and gave me a little surprise. We never met in person before and was really cute. The only bad thing is that he smoked weed, He’s not a pothead or anything, He’s a professor and has everything he needs. I smoked with him, and i felt so sick and slow. But whatever, at the end of the night, he asked me to stay but I’ve been doing that every time I’m with a guy, so this time I said no and just came back home. At the end I know he was expecting a kiss, but I didn’t even do that. It’s just that I’m trying to change to see if this time a guy takes me more seriously. What do you think? Am I doing good by changing my ways of dating? I know smoking pot was bad because I really felt stupid for 2 hrs. But can anyone, PLEASE, give me some advice.

Hm..I think you did a pretty good job for thinking through what you’re doing (what you used to do) . I say that it’s a good thing to know that you’re improving and you want to, too. I’m not a very good advice giver because I’ve never experienced love..but I recommend you to keep up what you’re doing and improving of dating and relationships so that you can find your true love someday ..good luck.

Is this going to be a rebound or could it be real?
I’ve been in love twice. first time we broke up because he thought he was holding me back and we had no communication for him to believe otherwise. Second time lasted over a year, we broke up. then we were on and off for about 5 months. We got back together in July and were very happy for about 4 months, the next 2 months were hell because he had come to the realization that I’m not the one and our relationship just fell apart. we’ve been broken up for a month and in that time the first guy has been contacting me. He apologized for messing up our relationship before and is actually asking me to move to Mississippi with him. I live in Maryland. He said it could even be as just friends because he doesn’t wanna push me. I know i don’t feel the same about my recent ex. I haven’t been crying or depressed like usual. I’ve actually been good and continuing on with my life. Getting things for college and work done. I’m starting to really like the first guy again and I’m considering moving down with him. I’m examining my reasons and feeling very closely because I don’t want this to be a rebound. I don’t think it is, but I could be wrong. I like him. I’m considering moving because A: I’m about to be 21 and I would like to move out my parents house. B: I love to travel and have never been to Mississippi. and C: which is a small reason, but still valid. The Idea of Living with a boyfriend and getting life started in that sense make me happy. So I would like opinions on if this is rebound or could be real and/or any tell tale signs that guarantee its a rebound.

If you’re moving down because you can’t stand the idea of being apart from him, then it might be good to risk it. If you’re mostly just looking to move out of your parents place and see another city, then you’d probably be better off staying where you are.

Any dream interpreters out there?
All right, a few nights ago I had a dream about my current boyfriend - we’ll call him Ian. I’ve been with him for only a few months (if that helps at all).

Well, I was sitting in a house that I’ve familiarized myself with in real life, but I was surrounded by misted grey figures (like ghosts, but much more menacing), just dancing and floating around the room, completely ignoring me. I sat on a couch with my hands in my lap, just watching them. I sat there for what felt like hours before Ian walked in the door, quite casually, and extended his hand to me. I took it, and he led me out of the room and out into the street. We stood in the rain just gazing at each other. But then he hugged me and I felt a sharp pain in my side. I looked down to see that Ian was injecting some unknown liquid into my hip and when he released it I collapsed. That’s when he walked away, leaving me on the ground. He turned around when he was about ten feet away and said "now I’m the last person you’ll ever love". I could hear my faint heartbeat and I know that I died before I woke up.

The thing is, I haven’t told Ian that I love him. I could even still feel that sharp, jabbing pain in my side when I woke up. And what was with the grey figures? Could this mean nothing, or is my subconscious trying to tell me something?

This is easy one the grey figures represent the ghosts of boyfriends past. They are menacing to you but they cannot and do not hurt you anymore. You just sit there because you are not worried about them messing with you or your life in any way. As for Ian….you are affraid but not in the sense you are worried about. You are affraid to love him. You are affraid he will lead you out into the dark cold night and stab you in the back and leave you to die of a broken heart. This was a great dream. i need to sugar-detox..tips?sick of feeling like this!!?
i neeeed to detox from sugar, im 23 and i prob have a coupl of choc bars a day and 2 or more fizzy drinks a day. i constantly feel bloated and gross and people think im pregnant! im just sick of feeling heavy and bloated. im not huge though..im 160cm tall and 61kg,an Australian size 10 (the doc said i should be 55kg )
Ive alwatys had a podgey belly (at age 18 i burst in2 tears at a liquor shop when being told by the lady in the line behing me "i shouldnt be drinking in my condition" and back then i was only 53kg.
My job ion retail is often quiet and all the girls will say "choccy time" my body is scheduled to it and believes it cant get thru the day without it.I make excuses to myself "need it today cos its monday, need it today cos its wednesday and humpday, need it thursday to last late night trading, need it friday to get me thru the last day" and thats nerly every day lol.
Ive always thought i need to diet but couldnt stick to it but today had an epiphany i dont need to diet, just get off the sugar to start. Any tips, i feel like an addict who needs a crack fix a day!!

or have something like a biscuit instead of a choccie bar, that will ween you off gradually until you can say replace it with a nice fruit salad or something.

Do you know of any good funny new releases (movies)?
So one of my guy friends is coming over Wednesday, and I’m in charge of movie picking. I don’t like scary movies and neither does he, so I want a comedy or romantic comedy, nothing gross or anything. I saw Ghosts of Girlfriends Past and I loved it, I’ll rent it again if I don’t have any other ideas. I was checking through Blockbusters website and nothing caught my eye, any ideas?
