What do you do when your 2 year old throws a temper tantrum or screams no?
My mom is my cousin’s care-giver and my cousin is 2 years old. When she screams at my mom or yells no, my mom flicks her in the mouth. This infuriates me and makes me want to cry everytime i see it happen. I’m overly sensitive and even a swat on the ass bothers me. Whenever i mention something to my mom she says, "at least i’m not beating her" because that’s what she used to do to us. We used to get some wicked spankings as children. For me, I would simply put her in a time out. I mean she’s three. I don’t think she needs to be slapped or flicked for that matter. What should I do? What would you do?

Astronomically Speaking, Where does the Kuiper Belt End and the Oort Cloud Begin?
Pioneer 10 is now the farthest man made object in the Cosmos….cruising at a speed of 27,380 miles per hour and is now 79 AU from Earth. I know that seems "far out"….but the reason i am asking this…..is that this little tiny space craft is acually NOT only not slowing down….

But is actually SPEEDING UP!! Its FUEL has long been spent, and Scientists, do not even know how this is possible!

Perhaps it refueled on "Blueberry Buckle" as it was passing the Kuiper Belt ?!

As we pause to think about the soft gossamer breeze of the Heliopause which surrounds the entire solar system, what comes to mind?

Somewhere between the Kuiper Belt and the Oort Cloud, This realm of the Solar "Bow Shock" is where "wind" from the Sun encounters the "collective winds" of other stars in interstellar space…..Could these "winds" be the causes of Pioneer 10 speeding up, even after having been spent?……. I gust so?!……..

Thank you will…My info came from a source in 2004….at that time…and before we lost contact…it was speeding up, yet having run out of fuel…So we can deduce that it may very well still be speeding up…maybe someone knows something more about this?

Sorry to shoot down your whole story, but there is no evidence that Pioneer 10 is speeding up. We lost contact with the probe over six years ago, and can no longer track it.

To answer your question, the Kuiper Belt ends at about 55-60 AU, and the Oort Cloud’s dimensions are not precisely determined, but is estimated to start between 200 and 1,000 AU.

And the ‘galactic breeze’ has less force than a puff of smoke from a cigarette.

Weird things going on with spiders please, please help me!?
Ok so it started about a week ago when I had this dream. In the dream I was asleep and a large spider that I have found out after later research is a Chiliean Rose Spider (please click the link to see what it looks like! http://michellesmonsters.com/mediac/400_ 0/media/10402.jpg) I then woke up in my dream and paniced because I couldn’t get the spider out of my mouth. In my panic I bit the spider and it too bit me and I then woke up from my dream VERY, VERY creeped out. I looked this dream up in a dream dictionary and it said something along the lines of watch the lies and deceitful things coming out of your mouth (I am 15 I lie and deceive A LOT) So I thought I would take it as a warning and everything will be ok. A few days later I killed a spider crawling across the living room floor and then another one a day or so after that. I was starting to joke with mum and say "Oh I think the spiders are after me". Now in the last 2 days I have killed no less than 5 spiders! One in my room, one by my desk, one in the living room, one in the bathroom and the last straw came just then when I was in the shower and on my razor I found a large brown one! I know I must sound like a psycho but I am really starting to freak out. What does this mean? What should I do? Please I really, really need some help I don’t like them all around me. Help ME!

I’m not a projectionist but im an employee of a Movie theatre cinemas.
Haha and I have a great story.

One day I was helping my Manager set of the projectors for the morning ( cleaning the dust off
and setting up the film ) and as I lifted the film the entire film fell on the floor. The roll began to unwrap
and its impossible to put back together unless you put time and effort into it. Since regular
employees aren’t allowed to put film back together he had to do it. Haha he was highly
upset, his facial expression was priceless.

Ok. So all my life I’ve been dating, but never got into a real, respectable, relationship. I usually kiss on the first date, or sleep over the guy’s house on the first date. But not sex. Well yesterday this guy, invited me over to his place, cooked for me and gave me a little surprise. We never met in person before and was really cute. I’ve been in love twice. first time we broke up because he thought he was holding me back and we had no communication for him to believe otherwise. Second time lasted over a year, we broke up. then we were on and off for about 5 months. B: I love to travel and have never been to Mississippi. and C: which is a small reason, but still valid. The Idea of Living with a boyfriend and getting life started in that sense make me happy. So I would like opinions on if this is rebound or could be real and/or any tell tale signs that guarantee its a rebound.

When I were a baby we lived in a haunted house. I had a bad childhood.
Also my mother is interested in spiritual things and seem to attract spirits.
Wherever she/we/I move we pretty much seem to have spirits with us.
I’m starting to wonder if I’m psycho… it was pretty peaceful in my first apartment, if I can remember correctly. In my next apartment when I were going to check out the basement I felt very uncomfortable and saw a man (looked like a black shadow) who vanished some seconds later. One night it felt a bit windy suddenly for no reason and there’s no explanation for it. It was a bit cold and felt like someone was standing beside me, watching me laying in bed. Then it calmed down a bit but suddenly it felt exactly like someone were crawling up in my bed. I were laying on my back, I could feel it on my legs and it came closer and closer and then it felt like someone where sitting astride strangling me and I had trouble breathing.
Recently in my current apartment I suddenly got goose bumps and were freezing a little… some minutes later a meat knife suddenly flew away down on the floor.
I were watching TV and when I turned it off it; it some minutes later sounded like someone where knocking on the TV (nothing like the regular noises they can make) a little later it felt like someone were crawling up behind me in my bed and I had the strangest feeling against my back, can’t even describe it. It also felt as if someone poked on my shoulder once.
One night there was random noises (as usual) and I had trouble falling asleep and felt a bit uncomfortable, so I said. "Can you please stop it and let me sleep?"… it was strangely quiet after that.

Do I sound like a nutcase?

Yes I believe in ghosts/spirits, demon, angels etc. My experience is below:

A few years ago it was about 4 or 5 in the morning when it was just getting light i looked out my window and saw this really tall, shadowy transparent thing hovering past the fence in the back garden. It was about 6 to 7 feet tall and was wearing what looked like a hooded black cloak but it was kind of transparent. It looked like what i can only describe as what people know as the grim reaper which sounds really stupid but thats the only thing i can describe that resembled it without the stick thing.

I wasnt scared while i was watching it and i just went back to sleep but when i think about it now it scares me. I also heard lots of scratching and noises in that house that i was living in at the time. My sister also saw and heard things like scratching and also saw a demon dog like creature as well which i didn’t see luckily.

At the minute i think there is a spirit or something in my new home at the minute as when i am alone in the house i get the feeling that someone else is there with me in the house. I also hear noises coming from the kitchen and hear footsteps. One time i thought i heard the front door open and heard footsteps and i thought it was my fiancee home from work but when i went out to see no one was there!

My fiancee also seen what i think is a spirit in the back room of our home one time as well. He said it looked like white smoke floating beside him and then it disappeared. He dosent want to believe in spirits and angels and stuff like that as hes a big sceptic but thats his choice.

Also my fiancee also seen a white face peeking around our bedroom door. This freaked me out a lot. No one else lives with us in our house so its just us and we were both in the living room at the time which is opposite to the bedroom so it wasn’t one of us trying to scare each other.

For some reason as well i keep seeing black bug looking type things out of the corner of my eye in our home but there is nothing there. Its strange and it isn’t real bugs either.

We both also see sparkles of light around us as well in our home. I believe that these are angels as i am a strong believer in them.
